THe National Alliance on Mental Illness is a tremendous resource for people and families who are affected by mental illness.  They have, groups, more community resources and events to help you find the support you need. 

Dr Daniel Amen is the founder of this amazing resource for mental health.  He is a professional neuroscientist and psychiatrist who has studied the human brain for years and has a powerful tool for pinpointing how to help his clients.  There is a wealth of information on his website. 

An entire library full of info on thousands of medications with detailed info and patient experiences.  A powerful resource for those who are taking or considering taking medications and want to be informed. 

This is a wonderful organization that offers support and guidance for families struggling with substance abuse. They have specific info on how addiction can affect families and how to support a family member with addiction. Check out their site! 

This program was created by a former addict who wanted to make a difference for others struggling with addiction.  If you or a loved one are struggling this website is a wonderful resource to find help.  It includes a national addiction hotline and online therapy options. 

This beautiful organization has a beautiful mission, to help those struggling with suicidal thoughts and mental health struggles, and related issues that are some of the hardest a person can face.  They are there to support, inform and offer help. They have wonderful resources on their page, and in their community and are making a difference.
